World Mental Health Day

Today is World Mental Health Day.

Anywhere from 1/4 to 1/2 of all adults will experience mental health problems during their lifetime.

When people are physically ill we cook, we clean, and we pray.

When there is a problem that begins in the mind, many don’t know what to do.

It’s ok to not be ok.

Reach out if you have things you want to talk about.
